Private Apartment
interior design project
Milan
2017
From the eleventh floor of Hadid Tower, in the heart of the CityLife district, Milan reveals itself from a privileged perspective. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows frame the city as an ever-evolving landscape, where contemporary architecture engages in dialogue with the urban fabric and natural light enhances spaces, materials, and carefully curated design details throughout the day.
Within this setting, a contemporary living experience takes shape through a thoughtful selection of furnishings, finishes, and bespoke solutions. The project was conceived with the aim of creating a refined yet essential environment, where comfort, functionality, and aesthetic quality coexist in perfect balance.

Every element has been carefully chosen to contribute to a cohesive vision, in which interior design, architecture, and the surrounding landscape blend seamlessly.

The design process is rooted in a meticulous exploration of materials, proportions, textures, and color palettes. Rich surfaces, sophisticated fabrics, and premium finishes define an elegant and contemporary language characterized by understated sophistication.
The furniture selection, curated for its ability to interact harmoniously with both the space and the architectural context, creates interiors that feel fluid, welcoming, and distinctive.
A central role is played by bespoke elements, designed specifically to respond to the unique characteristics of the residence and to enhance its spatial qualities. The combination of custom-made pieces and iconic design furnishings establishes a balance between exclusivity and functionality, giving the apartment a distinctive and recognizable identity.
Particular attention has been devoted to the terrace, conceived as a natural extension of the interior living spaces.
The landscape design introduces a sensory and experiential dimension that strengthens the relationship between indoors and outdoors, creating visual continuity between architecture, nature, and the city skyline.

The selection of plant species, together with the outdoor furnishings and spatial composition, has been carefully considered to provide comfort, beauty, and enjoyment throughout the year.
Overlooking Milan’s skyline, the terrace becomes a privileged place for contemplation and connection, where greenery softens the urban landscape and contributes to an intimate yet contemporary atmosphere.
The result is a project that interprets modern living as a complete experience, bringing together aesthetics, comfort, and spatial quality while offering a new perspective on contemporary urban life.
